We must slow down, there isn't much time T-Shirt

Sometimes we just need to slow the F down. As a person with a chronic illness, sometimes I have no choice BUT to slow down - and something that was impossible to do becomes possible, accessible, again. I need that bench, too. Not just a luxury, a necessary space to sit and rest my aching body.

Giving myself permission to slow down seems to help with everything. I am more productive, ironically, and more content with my process.
