Tikkun Olam Banner
Tikkun Olam Banner
I'm so tired of hearing "we must do something about climate change before it's too late." That kind of thinking makes people feel desperate and helpless. We know that climate change is already happening - we are already feeling the effects. And there is SO MUCH we can do to fight it. Look at drawdown.org for the top 100 solutions - many will surprise you.
"Tikkun Olam" is a phrase in hebrew that means 'heal the world' A key tenet of Judaism, as epxressed in the Mishna is: “You are not obligated to complete the work, but neither are you free to desist from it (2:21).”
We have only one Earth. And it’s never too late to fight for our home. I created this design to remind us of how unique, precious, and worth fighting for our Earth is. Please use this design to inspire you and others in hope and change. Mega bonus points if you carry this sign at a protest or rally! I know that's what I'll be doing. Tag me @leahbry or #leahbry if you do!
10% of all my profits are donated to good causes, including fighting climate change.
